Neulich kam noch eine verspätete Weihnachtssendung von meiner Mutter für mich an, ein feiner Stapel Anna Maria Horner Stoffe sowie ihr Buch "Seams to me" (mit Autogramm!!!), wunderschön verpackt und natürlich ganz tolle Stoffe sind das, sie rufen alle "Ich will eine Handtasche werden" und wer könnte nicht ab und an eine Neue gebrauchen...Das Buch ist ganz wundervoll, schön gestaltet und auch langjährige Nähtanten wie ich finden da noch Nähtipps die sie nicht kannten...von den tollen Projekten werd ich hoffentlich bald mal ein paar nachnähen. Daumen hoch für dieses Buch, ich bin inzwischen vorsichtig bei Büchern geworden, denn ich hab auch schon ein paar Reinfälle gekauft (die alle toll aussahen von aussen), aber dieses lohnt sich!
Recent I got a delaied christmas-preset from my mothers, some fatquarters of Anna Maria Horner fabrics and her book "seams to me" (with autograph!!!). I love these fabrics, I think they all want to be handbags one day and who of us does not need a new handbag from time to time...The book is really amazing, wonderful decorated and actually old sewing aunts like me can find some new tipps in it...the projects are really attractive, I hope to sew some of them soon.
Best recommandation for this book, I'm a bit careful with books purchases since I buid some flops (which also looked wonderful from the outside), but this one is worth it!
